Tony, thank you for your email. I thought I respond with a story of an incident that happened the other day.
We have recently purchased and furnished a new villa in a retirement community as part of a downsizing process. We decided on mostly new furniture which included a new lounge suite, lounge rug, cushions amongst a whole range of items.
To help our choosing process we engaged an interior decoration service – Riveresque Interiors of Warrandyte Victoria. They have been wonderful in assisting us to style and choose the various items.
As part of the process Riveresque recommended your Premium Surface Protection. I must admit we were a little alarmed by the price but decided to proceed anyway. The young man who came to apply the product was punctual and very helpful and tidy with his work.
So we were happy with all that – hopefully never having to need the protection anyway.
So about 4 weeks ago I managed to spill almost a full glass of red wine on the new rug. I couldn’t believe it – what a disaster!!
So we set about cleaning up the mess. We found the instructions and the spray bottle the young man left and followed the process.
I have to say the result was just amazing. It took some effort and several applications of the spray and vacuuming as per the instructions but the end result is that you simply cannot see any residue of the stain !!
Just fabulous !! The product and application was expensive but we feel that this is a classic case of you get what you pay for !!
